Your Property
Your apartment is furnished with high-quality items for the comfort of all our guests. Please refrain from sitting on the furnishings in wet swimwear or while using towels. Fees may be incurred should professional cleaning be required as a result.
A complimentary starter pack is provided, including detergent, soap, toilet paper, garbage bags and laundry powder. Supermarkets and convenience stores are a short drive away for any additional supplies.
Your apartment is cleaned prior to arrival and again after departure. If you require a mid-stay clean, please contact our office with 24 hours' notice. Please note charges apply.
Most apartments feature a dishwasher for your convenience. Please read the manual if you are unsure how to operate it — online manuals are also very useful.
Please take care when operating blinds and curtains. We recommend opening all blinds and curtains before opening any doors or windows to prevent possible damage.
If you cannot access free-to-air television in the living room, please contact the office between 9am and 5pm and one of our friendly team will assist you.
A strict no-smoking and no-vaping policy is in place in all apartments. Any evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning charges, as per your agreement.
Security fobs are required to access building facilities, the carpark, lifts and after-hours entry. Please notify us immediately if keys are lost or stolen — replacement charges apply. An after-hours lockout call-out fee of up to $200 applies.
The building is fitted with a certified fire alarm system linked to Queensland Fire & Rescue. Smoke detectors are sensitive, so please use exhaust fans and keep balcony doors open while cooking. False-alarm call-out fines can be significant.
For your safety, please ensure all doors — including balcony doors — are locked whenever you leave the apartment.
