The open-plan living and dining area has been designed for both comfort and entertaining, with beautifully curated furniture, artwork, textures and soft furnishings creating a refined coastal atmosphere.

Step outside onto the private covered balcony to enjoy the fresh sea air and impressive outlook, whether you’re starting the morning with a coffee or relaxing with a drink as the Gold Coast lights up at night.

The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances and everything required for preparing meals during your stay, while ducted air-conditioning throughout ensures year-round comfort.

The apartment includes 2 dedicated bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate multi-purpose room, providing additional flexibility for families and groups.

The multi-purpose room can be professionally prepared as a 3rd bedroom for bookings of more than 4 guests, with additional bedding, linen and towels provided as part of the setup.

House & booking rules

Please treat the apartment, furnishings and building facilities with care.

Guests & Parties: Strictly no parties, events, weddings or large gatherings. The number of overnight guests must not exceed the number confirmed on the reservation.

Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 8am and be respectful of neighbouring residents at all times.

Smoking: This is a strictly smoke-free property, including the apartment and balcony.

Building Facilities: Shared facilities must be used respectfully and in accordance with all building rules and operating hours.

Children: Children must be appropriately supervised, particularly on the balcony and around shared building facilities.

Guest Verification: Guests may be required to complete our pre-arrival check-in and verification process before access details are released.
